The venue was set in the very central position adjacent to good restaurants with views of the water and the general bustle of the street, the marina, and the centre of town. The kind staff provided all the necessary info.

loved my long stay in kusadasi, and this hotel surpassed my expectations. staff were fantastic, helpful, and not intrusive. great views, especially waking up to the port. clean and comfortable, despite the dated decor and slightly hard beds. enjoyed the rooftop pool and the friendly atmosphere at the bar.

outstanding location, convenient dolmus stops, and helpful staff made our stay at this hotel in Kusadasi unforgettable. The room was spacious, clean, and had a cleverly built-in television. The housekeeping staff did a great job, changing towels daily. a perfect place for total relaxation.

Lights in room wouldn't turn off at night.

Breakfast was delicious. You had a lot of choices. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly to us. Every day the beds were freshly made and fresh towels came.

That you had to pay extra for the safe

Location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is across the street from the walkway along the ocean in the heart of town. Rooms are large and ours had an ocean view with terrace. There is a small but nice pool and lounge area on the roof.

This is really a 3 star, not a 4 star hotel based on the condition of the rooms. Carpet was old and just layed on the floor with some of the edges running up the wall. There were no top sheets on the bed -- only a scatchy but washable and clean thermal blanket. No shampoo provided. No soap -- ony body wash provided from dispensers. The towels were very old, thin and worn -- certainly not what you would expect in a 4 star hotel. The interior of the hotel needs some renovation. New carpet, better bedding, nice towels and some toiletries would make this hotel perfect. The hotel could charge a little more to cover this and still be the best deal in Kusadasi.

The location here is excellent, just a short 5-minute walk to the city center.

What I liked about Derici Hotel is the location (in the centre) and the rooms - very clean and spatious.

The English breakfast is not right for everyone, especially if it is not properly prepared. I think it should have been taken into consideration the fact that there are not only English tourists in the hotel.

Location - near to the water.

Rooms have quite old furniture but are clean. Breakfast is basic but ok. It is air-condition in the rooms but not working. This is not an 4 stars hotel like is shown on the internet but the price we paid is fair for the conditions they offer.

At departure time we've been tempted to take out two of four stars posted on the hotel doors in order to properly describe the atmosphere behind elevator doors: ugly and tricky personnel, poor services especially cleaning ones, etc.,etc., etc. We don't want at all to visit again this hotel.

It would be more easier to write what we did like therefore we give up.

Position

Not being allowed to bring own drinks in to own room. including water, and being expected to buy from room fridge at very inflated prices. No double beds, they put two singles together which were not that comfortable (thought booking .com should have checked this) Breakfast was very poor. Limited free parking. Only 2 english speaking channels on TV (sets also need to be upgraded) WFI did not work in room.
